I am planning to take it because i cant seem to bring my weight down. I have been exercising and eating right, but nothing seem to work after giving birth to my baby boy. Was just wondering if this helps.|||It's only green tea and they throw in a bit of hawthorn, some flower petals and seaweed, a few odd seeds and vine leaves.
It isn't cheap.
If you believe the hype nyou will believe anything.|||Forget about this. There is no short cut to weight loss. If there was a short cut or a quick fix, Oprah would have found it by now. If Oprah with all her resources is not able to find a quick fix, I doubt what ever you are taking would work.

I would suggest you go back to the drawing board and re-look at what went wrong with your last diet and exercise session. What sort of exercises were you doing. Did you have resistance exercises? Were you doing interval training? Were you starving yourself.
