I want to cover the chicken wings in bar-b-que sauce, then cover it with flour and fry them? Will they turn out right if I do it like this? If not, how can I incorporate the bar-b-que sauce in the fried chicken?|||Fry first then DIP in the sauce. If you try to sauce then flour, the sauce will burn and get goopy and it will not crisp up at all.
