I've heard them both used in different instances and am not sure what the difference is. Thanks for any help!!|||"(yo) s茅 que Juan es mexicano" "I know [that] Juan is Mexican"
(the relative pronoun "que" is required for this phrase in Spanish)

"yo s茅" means "I know"|||Yo s茅 = I know
S茅 que = I know that

To use it in a sentence though, you would usually say "Yo s茅 que..." altogether because just using "S茅 que" is basically like using slang or forgetting the " I ".
