what are short RIPS ?|||4 # beef short ribs
1 cup flour
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
5 Tbsp. fat or oil
1/4 cup prepared horseradish
1 1/4 cup water
8 carrots
8 onions
3 cups green beans cooked
Serves 8

Combine flour salt and pepper
Roll the meat in the flour
Brown meat in fat in the cooker.
pour off excess fat
Add horseradish and water
cover andset control on 10 and cook 35 minutes
Cool normally 5 minutes the place under faucet
Add arrots and onions cover and set control on 10 and cook 10 minutes
cool ooker instantly add hot green beans
Thicken sauce for gravy
