I've had this rib-a-que sandwich at school a few times and it was really good!! It had a dark boneless rib in it and barbecue sauce smothered all over it, and it was in between a sesame roll. I'm wondering if it was a beef or pork cut that i ate, and where I'd be able to find this meat (Grocery Store) and like what it was called, etc. Also, if you know how to cook it best and combine it with a yummy barbecue sauce that would be great!
