Me refiero a como determinan que un producto tiene ciertas calorias?
I mean, how do they determine the amount of calories or kilocalories that a product contains?|||A measured amount is placed in a device called a bomb calorimeter, flooded with oxygen, and burned completely. The amount of heat given off is computed and given as Calories.|||The energy needed to increase the temperature of a gram of water by 1 掳C. The process they actual use to figure this out is beyond me...
