I have a decent idea about what it's saying but just want to make sure I'm right. Google translate isn't much help. Where would I find information for it?

Generalized may have two meanings here...Either:
Why mustn't the Latino patient be treated based upon stereotypes of Latinos. Or,
Why mustn't the Latino patient be treated the same as non-Latinos?|||Only parts I can make out are "Why...don't (or doesn't)...take historical medicine (medical?) sorry. I know I'm not much help
