I'm thinking of focusing on the manufacturing industry or any other. Does anyone have any tips for me or idea of what my sub topics should entail.|||Labor should be based on humanitarian considerations and conducted in accordance with the relevant law of the land. The employee works to get dignified source of income against the job performed. Treat him/her as a human being. Don't exploit or ask him what he is not supposed to do. He/she may be a female, a minor, a black or white, don't discriminate and give treatment in accordance with the duty list, job description within the provision of law. Also, if permitted by law, the labor force can form union as bargaining agent based on legal terms. There are special provisions for maternity leave, child labor etc which must be applied accordingly.Good employers motivate and facilitate the worker in the performance of the job and provide a sense of security of the job.Otherwise there is no magic wand to manage labor relations.Every country in the world promulgates labor laws, factories acts, workers safety measures etc.
