The second one asks how you feel today. Edit: The problem with your first answer is that "son cinco" is not how you would express "at five o'clock". You're using an extra verb there and saying "I go to school they are five". The expression you want for "at five o'clock" is "a las cinco". Do you really go to school that early? With the second one, "bien" is better and you want a reflexive construction, "me siento bien". Notice that the question had "te" in it. You need "me" to answer it.
