Shred the meat , put bar-b-cue sauce on it. Put it in an oven proof bowl, cover with foil.Put in oven. Cook at 375 for a couple of hours.|||Just shred the meat apart with a couple of forks or better yet, cut into chunks and put into your food processor. Add BBQ sauce once shredded, heat it through in a big pot.

If your meat seems to hard to shred, put it in a pot, add a can of Coke and some brown sugar and heat over low heat for an hour or so.|||I've just sliced up the meat really thin, added bottled BBQ sauce (any kind you like) and simmer it real low for several hours on the stove. Stir/shred with a fork from time to time, add water or extra BBQ sauce as needed as it cooks because the sauce will cook down too.|||Left over pork roast needs no additonal cooking. Shred it either by pulling it apart with your hands, knife and fork or two forks if it's nice and soft. Throw what ever kind of bbq sauce you like over it and zap it in the microwave til hot!! Way to go YUMO!!|||USE A FOOD PROCESSOR AND CHOP THE ROAST UP. THEN PUT IN A BAKING PAN SOAKED IN BBQ SAUCE FOR ABOUT 1HOUR IN THE OVEN 400 DEGREES|||Your meat should be tender enough where you can literally tear it with two forks. I really wouldn't recommend putting it in the food processor because it's going to chop it and you want it pulled. If it's a little too tough to tear with forks, just use your fingers to do the job, then slowly re-heat so you don't overcook the meat.|||put the roast in a pot with some water and slow cook until roast breaks down and shred with a fork
